Welcome To Ba-Bapu Sevasangham

“During the centenary year of Mahathma Gandhi and Kasturi Ba Gandhi,the Govt. of India formed several committees for celebrations.one such committee was headed by Smt Durgabai Desmukh. ”

It was on her iniation Ba-Bapu bhavans were intended to be constructed in all districts of Andhra pradesh, with an objective to help women belonging to very poor sections of the society towards their empowerment and to support and encourage children's education.

In the year 1969,the present Ba-Bapu sevasangham was born. The then active Gandhi peace foundation took the initiative of getting the organization registered under the leadership of dr.Durgabai Desmukh.
